Rules and Conditions1. Events are open to all persons aged 16 or over who have paid their entry fees.
2.WAG & other organisers of the event accept no responsibility, and reserve the right to changeor amend details in the event of any unseen eventualities or circumstances.
3.All participants must wear suitable clothing and be properly equipped to deal with theinclement weather.
4.Participants must not indulge in any actions which may endanger the safety of themselves orothers. Any breach of this rule will render them liable to immediate disqualification.
5.When entering a competitive event, all participants accept that there is an element of risk ofpersonal injury. Whilst the organisers will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety ofall involved, they are not liable for damage or injury caused by the careless or reckless actionsof others.
6.Personal accident insurance is NOT PROVIDED by the organisers. It is incumbent upon theparticipants to provide their own insurance at their own discretion.
7.The organisers do not accept liability for any accident, damage, theft, injury or illness toentrants, spectators, or any other person, vehicle or property whatsoever.
8. The ruling of the organisers in any disputes is final.
