1. During an on-site inspection of your home on the date listed above, the following items were noticed and we are requesting your attention to these items:
¨ Front / Side of home in disarray. All items need to be removed:
· Toys / Bicycles / Lawn Equipment / BBQ / Fire Pit / Fryer / Gas Can / Propane Tank / etc..
· Hazardous Materials / other______
¨ Holiday decorations (can be displayed 30 days prior and must be removed 14 days after holiday)
¨ Fenced-in area needs to be mowed and / or edged
¨ Water hose needs to be properly stored when not in use
¨ Exterior lights need to be turned off during daylight hours (please help conserve energy)
¨ Yard requires watering: front / back / side
¨ Pet nuisance (excessive barking / left out more than 4 hours / running loose / remove pet feces)
¨ Vehicle illegally parked
· Explanation:
¨ Vehicle not licensed and / or registered
¨ Recreational vehicle / trailer needs to be moved out of housing area
¨ Weeds/grass in flowerbed(s) need to be removed.
· Flowerbeds are the responsibility of the resident
¨ Bulk trash has been left out (bulk items may only be placed at curb the night before bulk pick up)
¨ Trash and recycle receptacles need to be placed in proper storage area
· Receptacles should only be at the curb on authorized pick up days

2. The appearance of your home not only reflects upon you, but also the entire neighborhood. You have 48 hours from receipt of this letter to comply with the reference. Failure to do so will result in a formal letter of Caution/Warning/Eviction and Unit Command being notified. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of this matter.
