Boys Teams: CR Washington, CR Kennedy, Davenport Central, Muscatine

4:00 Middle School Boys unlimited

4:25 Middle School Girls unlimited

4:15 PM High School Coaches Meeting

4:50 PM Varsity Boys race, enter 7, score 5

5:20 PM Varsity Girls race, enter 7, score 5

5:50 PM JV Boys race, unlimited entry (need 5 varsity 1st)

6:20 PM JV Girls race, unlimited entry (need 5 varsity 1st)

Course Map: A course map will be available at the event.

Entries: Please submit a team roster to by noon Friday,

Results: Results will be emailed to your school by noon Wednesday.

Starter: Dell Wagner will be our starter.

Scoring: National Federation Rule 9-2. We will use displacement scoring. The meet will be run according to IHSAA/IGHSAU rules.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 10individuals in each race. Plaques will be awarded to each varsity team champion.

Tent Areas: We will have signs and designated areas for tents for teams. Please utilize the designated areas as the course has a vast underground hydration system andwhich we don’t want to damage.

Course Route: will be clearly marked with paint, signs, and markers. Adult supervisors will be posted throughout the course to guide competitors. Competitors are encouraged to traverse the course route on the afternoon of the meet.

Concessions: A limited menu will be provided by Muscatine Municipal Golf Course of hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.

Spike usage: Spikes will not be permitted in the clubhouse. Please help us by relaying this to runners and monitoring your athletes.

Parking: The Municipal Golf Course has very limited parking. School vehicles are welcome to drop off personnel and equipment at the clubhouse/course. To accommodate teams and spectators, we have a designated parking area with two bus shuttles for your convenience. For the safety of all, we ask that everyone including fans to park in designated areas only. The Muscatine Sheriff’s Department may ticket and tow, (at the owners expense) any vehicles along Hwy 38 or other locations in which a parked vehicle may impede the flow of traffic.

-School vehicles will be parked at parking lot #2 after dropping off athletes and equipment. Shuttles will be provided. Lot #2 is located at Calvary Church, 501 HWY 61.

-Spectators may park in any of the designated parking lots. Maps, signs, and shuttles will be provided. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to avoid issues with offsite parking.

Please distribute the parking information to coaches, drivers, and spectators.

Restrooms: will be provided by Environmental Services Company on the course near the Meet HQ.

Trainer:A trainer will be on site.
