Re:Web site resources.

All resources are accessed from the DelgadoCommunity College web page ---

E-Mail -you click on E-mail and use your User Name and password. Your password is your first initial and five letters of your last name. There are exceptions with common names like Jones, Smith, etc. to which they add a number. Example: psmith2 If you are having problems getting your e-mail call 671-5500 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Your address would read for example like mine – . The first time that you log on or if you are a returning adjunct you must login the first time on a DelgadoCommunity College computer.

Docushare – you click on Faculty & Staff on the web page. On the next page on the left side of the page under resources scroll down to docushare and click on inter departmental. You do not have to have a password or user name for this site. On this site you will be able to find the adjunct handbook, current skinny, Nuts & Bolts, forms, syllabi, and other resources. YOU WILL NOT be able to get the step by step method of entering grades or getting your rosters.

BlackBoard – you follow the same steps to enter BlackBoard as you would for your e-mail. You would use the same user name and password.

Faculty & Staff – you click on Faculty & Staff on the web page. On the next page under the list of Resources click on Faculty Self Serve. Another screen with come up and will tell you the hours the web site is open. Click ONCE only on Enter Faculty Services. You will be required to enter your Faculty ID which is your College Wide ID (CWID) OR in some cases it is your Social Security Number. Next you will be required to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) which is the last six numbers of your Social Security Number or CWID. IF one does not work the other one should. Click once to enter the services. If you are trying to enter Faculty Services from your home computer and your internet access is though AOL or some of the other internet programs, you will have to enter and then go back out and minimize AOL or other internet programs.
