(a)Albany county is that portion of the state of Wyoming within the following boundaries: commencing at a point on the south boundary of Wyoming, where a line projected south from the north onequarter corner of section six (6), township twelve (12) north, range seventy (70) west, through the centers of sections and through onequarter corners intersects said boundary;
