§  Analyzed the way employees use the OCC database, so that I could initiate time-saving improvements that standardize the way certain documents/items are stored and moved in the database; thereby, increasing consistency in the way administrative functions are executed in OCC.

§  Conducted training on how to save e-mails in message format (.msg). This training was well received and made the importing of e-mails into OCC/RAPS more efficient, and organized.
