DBS Check

As the role involves contact with vulnerable adults, it is mandatory for all volunteers to complete a Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) Check to make sure there are no risks surrounding your volunteering. Three Cs will support and fund this process.

This volunteering role involves contact with vulnerable people. As a consequence you are required to notify Three Cs of all convictions that you may have received no matter when they occurred by completing the form below. This includes those convictions which, for other purposes may be regarded as ‘spent’ under the provisions of the Act.
