1. OFFER DEADLINE AND PROTOCOL
Offers must be received no later than 18:00, Tbilisi, Caucasus Standard Time, September 19, 2014. Late offers will not be considered by MOLI-Project. The offer must be sent to the following e mail address: . Please indicate MOLI-Electric Fences in the subject line of your e-mail.
The offer can be provided in English or Georgian language.
2. QUOTATIONS
Price quotations should be expressed in National Currency (GEL) and all-inclusive of any associated costs.
Please, pay attention the fact that the project MOLI in Kakheti is free from VAT and any other taxes and offered price must not include the VAT. Quotations can be written in English or Georgian, and should provide filled out Attachment#1 and Attachment #2. If proposed specifications doesn’t match to MOLI Project requirements offer will not be considered.
Beside Attachement #1 and Attachement #2 following information should be submitted:
- Bidder’s full legal name, contact information and the name of the authorized representative;
- List of similar services performed during the last few years (preferably in Georgia if any)
- Specific knowledge in assisting village groups in setting-up electric-fence systems, in provision of training and necessary follow-up(e.g. Electric Fence monitoring)
- The duration of the validity of the quotation. The duration of validity of the quotation should be no less than 50working days.
3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Delivery terms and place of performance at the following location: Georgia, Kakheti Region, Signagi Municipality, village based pasture management groups in the villages Khashmi and Udabno Tibaani (delivery terms can be negotiated with the selected vendor). Each candidate is expected to provide an estimate (in calendar days) of the delivery timeframe (after receipt of order).
4. TECHNICAL TASKS
Instalment of the equipment on place, training for village based pasture management groups and necessary follow-up activities (e.g. Electric Fence monitoring):
The Electric Fence provision service should also include installing the equipment in the field, trainings to local villagers on how to use the electric fence and how to keep the safety rules and monitoring of the equipment for certain period of time. The monitoring period should be indicated by the service provider in attachment #2.
