Production System Changes

The following system changes, including bug fixes, were put into Production on January 13th, 2008.

3.  / NJP-5053 / Corrected the SVRS to give an alert message on inquiries poll place screen, if the voter is not eligible to vote in the selected election. / Ocean
4.  / NJP-5100 / Corrected the SVRS to display missing street name with quotes on multiple ballot mailing address section in Add/Maintain Absentee Ballot request screen. / Ocean
5.  / NJP-5114 / Corrected the SVRS to generate late party affiliation letter only when voter changes the party from Democratic to Republic or Republic to Democratic. This letter will not be generated for newly registered voters or voters transferred to a different county. / Statewide
6.  / NJP-5125 / Corrected the SVRS to be able to review the batch items under county wide batch items screen. / Statewide

11.  / NJP-5159 / Corrected the SVRS to display the Name Order in Last Name, First Name and Middle Name order instead of Last Name, Middle name and First name after searching for Assistor information under add/maintain absentee ballot request screen. / Ocean

14.  / NJP-5171 / Modified the SVRS Poll Book report to display only Democratic, Republican and Unaffiliated voters if the selected election is a Primary election. Also “Print Party” checkbox will be selected by default if the primary election is selected. / Bergen
