Thanks for your interest in joining the Kimberley Karavan Owners Group (KKOG).

By now you should have read the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and our Constitution in the Information for Prospective Members window at If you haven’t read them could you please do it now, beforeproceeding – it is important.

You should also have read the How to Joindocument at the same placebut here are some important reminders.

PLEASE NOTE:Only owners of a Kimberley Karavan, or those who have ordered and can show that they have paid a deposit on a new or used Karavan, are eligible to join.

You must provide your four digit chassis number(last four digits of the VIN) and Karavan registration number. If Kimberley have not yet issued you with a chassis number, or you do not yet have a rego number, then we will ask you for proof of having paid a deposit.

Communication

Electronic communication is the only practical way for us to manage our affairs. Our members and Committee are spread across all Australian states and territories and in New Zealand, USA and The Netherlands, and we all travel for much of the year, so paper mail is not a practical option for us.

Bycontinuing with this application for membership to our Group you agree to acceptthat email and the Group’sinternet‐based forum at the primary methods of communication betweenyourself, the Committee and other members of the Group and that paper mail will not be used in normal circumstances. Please do not pay any fees until you are advised that your application has been accepted.

Fees:

We use the standard financial year, 1st July to 30th June. For members joining between 1st July and 31st December inclusive we have a joining fee of $25.00 per Karavan, and an initial subscription fee of $25.00 per Karavan, so the total fee to join up is $50.00. This entitles two memberships (typically the owning couple) to join our Group. Renewal ($25.00) will be due on the following 1st July.

We do not accept cheques for membership and internal transactions. Payments can be made byinternet banking, bank transfer or direct deposit to our account as follows:

Please identify your payment by including your name and four figure Karavan chassis number (the same as given in this application form) withyour transaction.

You can also pay by credit card via Paypal – you do not need a Paypal account – but there is a $2.00 surcharge to recover costs, for a total of $52.00. Double-click the green $button. You may safely ignore and dismissany security warnings thrown up by your computer or browser. This is a two-step process: you will see a browser screen with an icon asking for your name and KK chassis number and a PAY NOW button. Fill in your name and chassis number(important) and click the PAY NOW button. You will then be taken to Paypal’s payment screen. If you don’t have a Paypal account you will be asked for a lot of info. That is Paypal’s security and anti-fraud system. You will NOT be opening an unwanted Paypal account. If you are not comfortable with this option, or if the button doesn’t work, just use internet banking, bank transfer or direct deposit, as above. /
