SPP Alumni and SPC Member Registration

SPP Alumni and Sycamore Presbyterian Church Members may register in-person Thursday, January 18 from 9:05-11:30am in the preschool office. Registration forms will not be accepted early or by mail. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once in line, you may only register children from one family. If you are unable to attend on the day of registration, someone not registering other children may register in your place.

Please bring the attached, completed registration form and a non-refundable $75.00 registration fee when registering your child. If your desired positions have been filled, your child will be placed on a waiting list. If you do not have a registration form submitted on January 18, priority registration is not guaranteed and placement will not be saved for your child.

Please be advised that it is a school day and the hallway, entryway, and parking lot need to be clear for those children arriving for preschool. You will be permitted to enter the preschool through the preschool entrance only, at the conclusion of drop-off, at approximately 9:05. No one is permitted in the building or entryway prior to the conclusion of drop-off.

To help aid in your classroom decision, I have included additional information and class offerings. There may be changes in any of these areas prior to the start of the school year, and SPP does reserve the right to make adjustments to class schedules, times, and staffing.

Registration Inclement Weather Plan

If Loveland Schools close or are on a delay due to inclement weather, alumni/church member registration will be postponed until Monday, January 22, from 9:05-11:30, or the next day SPP is in full operation (no closure or delay). Please tune to local television and radio stations for closure/delay information.

*Also, please be advised that if Loveland is closed or delayed on Wednesday, January 17 (returning student registration), alumni/church member registration will be postponed until one day after returning student registration.

If inclement weather postpones any level of registration, a message and information will be provided on the preschool answering machine 683-7717, and on Facebook.

Tuition rates for the 2018-19 school year

Traditional Classes: 2 days/week $155.00/mo 3 days/week $185.00/mo. 4 days/week $205.00/mo.

Extended Day Classes: 2 days/week $235.00/mo 3 days/week $285.00/mo 4 days/week $335.00/mo

Extended Day Classes

For those of you considering the extended day class option, I wanted to provide you information regarding lunches and food allergies. With the class running until 1:00pm, each child will be required to bring a light lunch. SPP is a peanut-free school, which means lunches may not contain any peanuts or peanut products. Although we do want to keep every child safe, we will be unable to cater to other food allergies in the extended day classrooms. If you have a child with a food allergy (other than peanuts), and are considering the extended day option, please speak to Jamie prior to registration for further explanation of this policy.

Bathroom Habits

SPP does request that all children be potty-trained prior to the first day of attendance. Children wearing pull-ups are not considered potty-trained. Please contact the preschool for further explanation.
