1.Change Specification language, IFB, Appendix A – Minimum Specifications, item 2d, Contract Requirements, “Contractor is to confirm with Purchaser when a leak detection test needs to be completed. The charge for leak detection test shall be as bid and is to be billed as separate item on the invoice, and will not be considered part of the Tank Monitor Site Inspection and Certification charge. Contractor shall certify that the station’s leak detection equipment is functioning in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, and state and federal regulations.”

2.Change Specification language, IFB, Appendix A – Minimum Specifications, item 3.b.7, “Contractor is to confirm with Purchaser when a line tightness test needs to be completed. The charge for line tightness test shall be as bid and is to be billed as separate item on the invoice, and will not be considered part of the Tank Monitor Site Inspection and Certification charge. Other system tests (e.g.Air Quality Testsline and tank tightness test) may be required during the annual inspection and certification, Contractor to verify with Purchaser whether other tests arerequired for a fuel station.Any related charges for additional other tests shall be as bid and is to be billed as separate item on the invoice, and will not be considered part of the Tank Monitor Site Inspection and Certification charge.”

3.Note to Bidders concerning IFB, Appendix C – Price Sheets and Cost Evaluation Worksheet, Price Sheet A - WSDOT Fuel Station Price Sheet. The some site information may not actually reflect current site conditions as some stations have upgraded or changed out equipment or systems since the site information was complied. Bidder is to bid in accordance to the bid information supplied, if site information is found inaccurate, then the state will negotiate a mutually acceptable cost for the WSDOT site with the awarded contractor.

4.IFB, Appendix C – Price Sheets and Cost Evaluation Worksheet, Price Sheet B – Individual Service Items. Bidderis to submit the REVISED Price Sheet B – Individual Service Items as a bid submittal.
