Unit Achievement Record

·  To be completed by the tutor.

·  Performance criteria (PCs) must be awarded in accordance with the instructions and criteria in the specification.

·  The learner must achieve all the PCs associated with each grade in order to achieve that grade, ie all Pass criteria must be achieved to achieve a Pass grade.

·  In order to achieve a Merit grade, the learner must achieve all Pass criteria in addition to all the Merit criteria. The same principle applies to the Distinction grade, ie all Pass, Merit and Distinction criteria must be achieved.
