PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Mayville City Hall, 15 S. School Street, Mayville, WI
December 16, 2015
1.) Call to Order and Roll Call.
Meeting called to order at 5:00PM
Members Present: Mike Schmidt, Bob Smith, Bob Redeker, Dolores Neumeyer, and Merlin Kahlhamer
Absent: Arlitt Del Ponte, D.J. Legas.
Others Present: None
2). Approve Agenda.
Motion by Kahlhamer, second by Smith to approve agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
3). Citizen Comments
None.
4.) Approve the Minutes of the September 16, 2015, meeting.
Motion by Neumeyer, second by Kahlhamer to approve minutes of the September 16, 2015 meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
5.) Discussion with possible action on Proposed Site Plan Improvements for off-street parking at 48 N. Main Street, Parcel #251-1216-5314-069.
Brock Fleisher was unable to attend meeting and was contacting by phone to address a some of the Plan Commission questions.
Brock stated that his intent was to leave the proposed driveway and parking area in gravel until such time that all of his building renovations are completed. Brock also stated that he would like to install the driveway access in 2016 and feels that the building renovations would take a couple of years. Based upon this, he would be agreeable to having the driveway access and parking lot completed with asphalt pavement in 3 years.
The Plan Commission stated that they had a positive attitude on this, but would like to table this matter until next month when Mr. Fleisher would be able to attend the meeting in person.
Motion by Kahlhamer, second by Schmidt to table this matter to next month. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 5-0.
6.) Discussion of Next Meeting Date with Possible Action.
The date of the next regular scheduled meeting is Wednesday, January 27th, at 5:00 p.m.
7.) Adjournment.
Motion made by Schmidt, second by Smith to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
