ESA may apply and PAY Vantage $2,500 and pay costs to send trainers to Vantage HQ for certification to allow them to provide 601 ONLY. They must pay a $500 annual charge after that to maintain ESA trainer’s certification.

ESA’s may provide 601 trainings within their territory at cost TBD by ESA

Vantage will offer 601 at $2,500/day plus travel expenses

Vantage may hire ESA trainers to provide 601 in other territories for $500/day

Customers may buy the CAI package for $12,500. May not split package. Inclusive of T/E.

No Academy initially.

They can step up and do the alignments themselves with our tools OR they can PAY $1/item for full bank alignment OR they can commit to XX minimum in Silver/Gold service for 3 years and we will do the alignments.

Present Option—ESA that signs up and commits to 5,000 silver can charge a “membership fee” not to exceed $5,000/district per year for ESA support of the program. If regs allow can charge that outside of their territory if no other ESAs covering.
