  • Comparison of Current and Prior Year Attendance (PRF7D007) for Grades 9-12 ONLY from 2015-2016 Summer PEIMS Collection OR TableI-Superintendents/Principals Semester Report of Student Attendance (PRF7D001) from the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 Summer PEIMS Collection (Approved if available) if your district includes grades other than 9-12 in the high school campus. NOTE: TSDS schools run PDM3-130-005
  • IF SUMMER PEIMS HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED - Copy of SAT 2100 from TxEIS Attendance Reports Section for the last COMPLETED six weeks(Example run the report for Semester 2 Cycle 1 if the last completed six-weeks was the fourth six-weeks, Semester2 Cycle 2 if the fifth six weeks was the last completed and semester 2 cycle 3 if the sixth six weeks is complete) (Do not run by date)

  • Copy of Staff Salary Data screen from Foundation School Program Payment System for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 showing the number of full and part time employees for the district.
  • 2013 Final, 2014 Property values from the TEA website (TEA/finance and grants/state funding/state funding reports and data/school district tax policy and reports/2014 revised CPTD values) , and 2015 Comptroller’s Property Tax Division (CPTD) Value

T-2 and T-8 from CPTD Property Value Study

  • Certified Estimate of 2015-2016 tax roll (total taxable value) from County Appraisal District
  • Latest version of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 Summary of Finance with all supporting schedules
  • Copy of 2014-2015 Financial Audit
  • Comp. Ed Enrollment – this is a supporting schedule on the SOF. To estimate 2015-2016, you will need the basic claims from TXUNPS system showing the number of students eligible for free and reduced lunch for each month from October 2014 through September 2015.
  • If your district accepts transfers from a low performing campus, the number of students attending your district from those low performing campuses for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, and an estimate for 2016-2017. Run SRG 1200 from the Registration reports menu in the TxEIS software. Screenshot is attached to help you with parameters. List of low performing campuses can be found on the TEA website

  • Number of students attending Texas School for the Deaf from your district
  • Number of students attending Texas School for the Blind from your district
  • Total Tax levy for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 IF your district has students attending Texas School for the Deaf or School for the Blind. Not needed unless this applies
  • Bond Payment (total of principal and interest) for 2014-2015, 2015-2016, and beyond(bring bond schedule)
  • Amount of Local Homestead Property Tax Exemption, if any. This is an amount in addition to the state homestead exemption of $25000. If your district made a change to this exemption during the 2014-2015 or 2015-2016 school year, bring the details of that change with you
  • TEASE/TEAL logon - username and password
  • TXUNPS username and password if you have one.

Chapter 313 districts also bring:

  • Estimate of Supplemental TIF payment from TEA

This would be the approximately the amount of tax reduction granted by your district to the wind farm companies for 2014-2015, 2015-2016, and 2016-2017.

  • Estimate of amount of Tax Credit Granted to companies due to Chapter 313 Value Limitations for 2014-20152015-2016 and beyond if available.
