ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunbeach Communications Inc. - Directors have by resolution fixed September 7th, 2009 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on October 8th, 2009.

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

One Caribbean Media Limited: Directors have declared an interim dividend of twenty (20) cents (TTD) per share to be paid on September 30th, 2009 to shareholders on record at close of business on September 15th, 2009.

Sagicor Financial Corporation: Directors have declared a final dividend of two (2) US cents per share to be paid on October 15th, 2009 to shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders on record at close of business on September 15th, 2009.

ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited: Directors have declared an interim dividend of six (6) cents per share to be paid on October 23rd, 2009 to shareholders on record at close of business on October 1st, 2009.

PUT-THROUGH NOTICE

Put-through – Royal Fidelity Merchant Bank & Trust (B’dos) Limited would like to announce the put-through of 8,000 shares in Cave Shepherd and Company Limited at $6.10 set to take place on September 22nd, 2009.

TRADING SUSPENSION

Effective August 19th 2009, at the request of Sunbeach Communications Inc., the Board of Directors of the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE) has approved the immediate suspension in trading in the shares of Sunbeach Communications Inc. to facilitate the corporate reorganization of the company.

Resumption in trading in the shares of Sunbeach Communications Inc. will occur once the reorganization process is completed to the satisfaction of the BSE.
