Announcements

Thank You all for the cards and prayers that we received at this sad time due to the loss of our brother and brother-in-law, Bob Patterson.

Hank and Obie Green

Childcare is provided for children, 4 years old and younger in the nursery on Sundays during worship service.

Part of what makes St. Paul’s so special is to be welcomed at the door each Sunday. Please take a look on the bulletin board for the Greeters schedule and choose a day to be one of the special people everyone is happy to see! Thank you. Connie Lass

St. Paul’s Praise Ringers has started rehearsals. They practice on Wednesday evenings 6:15 p.m. We welcome new members. Questions and concerns can be addressed by calling Cathy Brodie at 755-9412.

The Wednesday Evening Bible Study will begin October 5that 6:30 p.m. If you have any questions, call Carol Geal at 289-2765.

Is someone in your family at college, trade school or in the military? St. Paul’s Outreach Committee needs addresses so that they may send care packages periodically. Please call the church office with this informationand also note that we are taking addresses for any of the above whether they attend out of state or locally.

Christ’s Kids midweek program for children in 1st through 6th grades is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Meal, lesson, activities and children’s choirs! All children are welcome! Leaders wanted! Meal preparers wanted! See Alisha Cooley for details.

Thanks for your support of the Eve Circlesponsored (but all church), Book Sale which will be held October 13-15. Books may be brought to the church Wednesday, October 5thor later and placed on the stage. Please remember that our wonderful facility is used constantly and there are limited storage areas so it is important that books not be brought before that time or left in other places in the church because of fire safety concerns. If you need help getting your books to the church, please let the office know and arrangements will be made to help with that.

Are you hearing the call? We welcome you to serve with Christian Education by leading a class, short term study, and midweek programs. Looking for your ministry? We have the resources! We are called to make faithful disciples in our congregation. Prayerfully consider your participation. See Alisha Cooley or Rev. Bentley to serve.

The Emmaus Walk is being held at St. Paul’s October 20thfor men and October 27th for women. Pastor Bentley, Paula Vergowven, Mary Anne Bair or Duane Bair would very much like to sponsor you. Please join us September 18th to answer any questions you might have.
