THEME: "UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES OF YAMPA"

START YOUR DAY WITH THE PANCAKE BREAKFAST at the Ladies Aid Hall. Proceeds to SoRoCo Girls Basketball. Serving 7:00 to 10:30 A.M.

PARADE: 1:00 p.m. Lineup at River Park before NOON. Anyone not in line by 12:00 will not be judged. Bicycle entries will be judged at Van Camp Cabins – Archway on Moffat

TROPHIES to first place winners. RIBBONS to second and third in the following categories:

BEST FLOAT, MINI FLOAT, DECORATED BIKE, DECORATED HORSE & RIDER, ADULT COSTUME, ANTIQUE VEHICLE, CLASSIC CAR, STREET ROD, HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE, CHILD COSTUME (6 AND UNDER), CHILD COSTUME (7 AND OVER), MISCELLANEOUS ENTRY and BEST GROUP. .50 CENT PIECE TO ALL CHILDREN 12 UNDER IN THE PARADE. If you have a 'special' car, truck, tractor, etc. come show it off in our parade. Park afterward at the North end of Clifton or in the school bus barn parking area. AT THE SCHOOL GROUNDS FOLLOWING THE PARADE-

4th of July Committee provides the Barbecue Beef Lunch, served by Yampa Bible Church and First Baptist Church – prepared by Rachel’s Smokin’ BBQ. Proceeds go to celebration expenses; such as trophies, ribbons, game supplies, porta potties, trash removal and fireworks. We appreciate you having lunch with us. Other organizations sell pie & coffee and beverages. Thank you to Centennial Bank, Dick & Kay Palmer and the Town of Yampa for their donations to the celebration and to Bank of the San Juans for a donation for the parade trophies.

We invite you to participate with booths to make money for your organization or yourself: flea markets, baked food sales and all types of carnival games.MUST REGISTER THESE WITH PAT WOODCOCK - 638-4491 TO AVOID DUPLICATIONS. – NO COMMERCIAL FOOD VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED
