-Focus Group One – Strategic planning (limited to 30 persons) – Bryan Roach. This 2-day course will provide participants with a step by step knowledge of how to create a sound strategic plan. Participants will develop a basic plan for their respective Crime Stoppers programmes over the 2 day period.
-Focus Group Two – Project planning & implementation/proposal preparation (limited to 30 persons)
This 2-day course will provide participants with a step by step knowledge of how to conceptualize a project, prepare a project proposal, implement and evaluate a project. Over the 2 day period, participants will be challenged to prepare a basic project proposal according to the needs of their respective Crime Stoppers programmes.
-Focus Group Three – Website and social media – (limited to 20 persons) – Scott Mills – This 1-day course will provide participants with hands on experience in developing and maintaining social media platforms.
-Focus Group Four – Human Trafficking – (limited to 50 persons) – Nick Kinsella. This 2-day course is intended toprovide participants with an in-depth general awareness of the issue so that they are better able to engage with their communities and key stakeholders within their respective jurisdictions.
