Release 6.11 – August 18, 2016

Enhancements
Previously, employer users were not able to update the contact status for closed postings. Now, for contacts on closed job postings, employer users (with the Match/Refer Job Posting permission) can now update a status of "Not Hired" to "Hired" on the Contact Status page.
Previously, attempting to delete the last keyword from the Job Posting – Job Requirements Page required two steps if the Match Keywords value was not set to “Do Not Match on Keywords”. Now, the user can change the Match Keywords value to “Do Not Match on Keywords” (if not already on that setting) and delete the last keyword all in one step.
Because the TBTW program is over and there are no plans for TBTW Part II, the TBTW checkbox has been removed from the "Other" section of the Group Job Seeker Search page. There are plans to remove existing TBTW icons from job seeker's accounts.
The following changes have been made due to the transition from WIA to WIOA:
  • The “WIA Training” service is now referred to as “WIOA Training”.
  • The “WIA Orientation” event is now referred to as “WIOA Orientation”.
  • “WIOA” and “WIOA Dislocated Worker” have been added to the Group Job Seeker Search.

Because the WIT mobile page has very limited functionality and does not allow a job seeker to register, there is a new message and link on the mobile page that directs users to the desktop version of WIT which will allow them access to all WIT functionality, including registration.
Bug Fixes
Previously, on the Job Seeker | Interested Closed | Service Status page in the History section, the “Interested Pending” and “Not Hired” status was out of sequence. The status is now displayed in descending chronological order.
The accessibility issues with the State of Texas Application (SOTA) PDF file have been resolved. However, the SOTA cannot be read by accessibility software if opened directly from WIT. The PDF file must be saved and then opened from the saved location.
Previously, a “system unavailable” error message was displayed while viewing State Government job postings when the user was not logged in. That has been fixed so the error message no longer displays.
