  • Led major change initiatives for a number of companies across different industries
  • Devised suitable Company model and operating model for Kodak Alaris in start up mode

  • Successfully facilitated the smooth TUPE integration of 4 UK companies into one, saving some 10% of overhead costs, including closing a unionised site without dispute or claim

Mergers, Acquisitions, Disposals

  • Successfully led HR due diligence for the acquisition and sale of several companies
  • Developed the HR strategy for the sale and purchase of companies under TUPE terms

Compensation, Benefits and ER/IR

  • Negotiated new recognition agreement with trade union at Gate Gourmet, covering 2,000 employees, paving the way for continuous change and improvement
  • Successfully negotiated with three UK TUs and representatives in Nordic Europe, Eire, Spain, and Canada, on issues of pay and conditions, pensions improvement claims and pension contributions holidays, the shorter working week, rightsizing and closure
  • Worked closely with Remuneration Committees on executive compensation and benefits
  • Devised and delivered industrial/employee relations improvement programmes
  • Company appointed trustee director of DB and DC pension plans
  • Successful project lead on auto-enrolment pension plans for 2 companies, covering 8,000 employees, to time and budget

  • Managed and re-negotiated annual renewals of the UK Healthcare and EAP schemes, saving money and improving client services
