The Mount Calm Independent School District Board of Trustees met in regular session April 17, 2012 in the Mount Calm High School Library at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Keith McCaghren, Ronnie Tucker, Rebecca Gordon,Michelle Barott, Lupe Martinez, and Paul Pick. Superintendent Barbara Lane, Principal Angie Nors, andBusiness Manager Kristi Hawkins were also present.
A quorum was established.
A motion was made by Ronnie Tucker, with a second by Michelle Barott to approve the minutes of the March 20, 2012 meeting.
The vote was 5 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
Recognition and hearing of guest Adquynton Johnson. Mr. Johnson presented his request to hold elite basketball practices in our gym this spring/summer.

Correspondence to the board was passed out to members.

A motion was made by Ronnie Tucker, with a second by Rebecca Gordon to approve the bills presented for payment.

Barbara Lane gave the Superintendent’s Report:

- K Graduation- Tuesday, May 29, 7:00 p.m.

- Update on district according to CIT Terry Farnsworth.
- STAAR/ TAKS Testing Dates
