The Links Cottages at Doonbeg allows Owners to enjoy ownership on Ireland's stunning southwest coast and also includes full membership to the prestigious Doonbeg Golf Club and its five-star amenities.
Cottages are priced at €165,000 per deeded residential interest. Owners request three pre-planned vacation weeks for each calendar year and can enjoy unlimited usage based on a space available and short notice basis.
Amenities at Doonbeg include elegant dining venues from renowned chef Tom Colicchio, the culinary force behind New York City's Gramercy Tavern and Craft, an acclaimed spa designed by award-winning Clodagh and an extensive golf program. COTTAGES:Spanning an average of almost 3,000 square feet, each of the eight Cottages offers four bedrooms and an expansive living space with décor representing a simple yet elegant country style. Each cottage boasts kitchens custom-designed by SieMatic, large living and dining areas, bedrooms each with a private bath that encompass large marble slab showers, stone vanities, and heated towel racks. Owners will enjoy waxed limestone slab and wide-plank old oak floors, timber casement windows, two gas-burning fireplaces, carpets in natural fabrics and reclaimed wooden beams throughout. All Cottages are designed for the ultimate in comfort, convenience, and luxury with stunning views of the fairways and lush Irish countryside from all four bedrooms.
GOLF:Opened in 2002, Doonbeg Golf Club may be the last true links course built in Ireland or Great Britain. The Greg Norman course offers views across the Atlantic from the green, fairway and tee of 16 of the 18 holes. Norman's layout follows a course designed by nature with the fairways and greens consisting of native grasses, including fine fescues, bentgrass, and ryegrass. Like many traditional Irish links, Doonbeg Golf Club is a private club with limited visitor access. Membership with purchase in the Links Cottages assures full access to the course and members club areas. The practice facility at Doonbeg includes a driving range, putting green, pitching area and two bunkers.
