Accommodations – We are staying in Williamsburg for 1 night, Hampton 4 nights, Washington DC 2 nights and McAlester, OK 1 night.

Travel plans – Our trip begins with a plane flight from Reno/Las Vegas to Norfolk, VA on the evening of Thursday July 26, 2018. We are traveling all night and then will spend Friday in Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA, stay the night and go to Hampton on Saturday for Supreme Assembly. After Supreme we will travel to Washington DC, spend 2 days and then fly to Oklahoma, spend 1 night and fly home on Saturday August 4th.

Reno travelers – Total cost $649 as of 2/8/18

Thursday 7/26/18 - Reno (RNO) to Norfolk, VA (ORF)

-Leave Reno via United Airlines (UA 2256 / UA 1892) at 11:37pm, 1 hour 18 minute layover in Chicago (ORD) and arrive in Norfolk at 9:35am - $247.

Friday 8/3/18 – Washington DC (DCA) to Oklahoma City (OKC)

-Leave Ronald Regan Washington Airport via Southwest Airlines (#2389/#1527) at 6:50am, 55 minute layover in Dallas (DAL) and arrive in Oklahoma City at 10:45am - $207

Saturday 8/4/18 – Oklahoma City (OKC) to Reno (RNO)

-Leave Oklahoma City via Southwest Airlines (#1278/#4912) at 7:25pm, 2 ½ hour layover in Las Vegas and arrive in Reno at 11:45pm - $195

Thursday 7/26/18 – Las Vegas (LAS) to Norfolk, VA (ORF)

-Leave Las Vegas via United Airlines (UA 448 / UA 1892) at 11:30pm, 1 hour 30 minute layover in Chicago (ORD) and arrive in Norfolk at 9:35am - $188

Friday 8/3/18 – Washington DC (DCA) to Oklahoma City (OKC)

Supreme Sessions attire – We will wear the 2017-2018 traveling fabric (royal blue) for our formal dress, our blue polo for the Supreme Sessions and the purple polo for Installation.

Other attire – While at the Host Hotel during Supreme, we ALL must abide by the guidelines set forth by Supreme Assembly and that is slacks and shorts may NOT be worn at the hotel, the Convention Center or at any time during the Supreme Assembly sessions. Neat walking shorts or slacks may be worn only on initial arrival and when going to and from local activities. Short shorts are not to be worn at any time. We will wear our Nevada Polo or Nevada t-shirt with a khaki skirt when not in session and at the hotel. We are representing Rainbow wherever we go. Let’s leave a flawless impression on Hampton!

Supreme Identification Badges – every person attending ANY Supreme Session including Installation and all related Supreme Activities must be registered, wear the Identification badge provided at Supreme and present their 2018 dues card or parent card to be admitted.

Swaps – at Supreme each year the attendees have swaps that they swap with the other girls and /or adults for the other jurisdictions. Though not mandatory, it is a fun part of Supreme.

Medical Treatment and Transportation Authorization forms: Each girl MUST have the form signed and returned to me prior to departure on July 26th. The adults must have the Medical Treatment form signed and returned to me prior to departure. This is a requirement of Supreme that these forms be completed.

Payments – So that Nevada Rainbow can pay our expenses for this trip it is necessary that all money for Supreme be paid by the following dates:

April 1st- $400

May 1st- $400

June 1st– $400

July 1st – Balance owing
