TARGET RECOMMENDATIONS

FREIGHTS

None.

PASSENGERS 1 - 4

1.Upgrade the controls. The current controls are obsolete and no support left for them. The manufacturer has been sold about five years now and outside of some board repair, parts will be very hard to come by. Also the labor force needed to provide adequate service is becoming sparse. Estimate about $ 810,000.00 for complete mod

2.Provide and have installed a fire tab for each hoistway door. Intended to not only meet a code requirement but helps in strengthening door panels and reducing damage.

3.Repair the air conditioner for machine room 1 and 2. Replace to maintain climate control of 50 to 90 degrees.

4.Change software if possible to have both sides open up on a car call.

5.Vacuum out sills on all passengers at least once a month. Including Ramp units.

TEAM PASSENGER 8

  1. Add air conditioning to the machine room to maintain 50 to 90 degree parameter per code.
  1. Add Burglar bars to the skylight of the hoistway.
