Leadership Group Pay - September 2014
With effect from 1 September 2014, there is no longer a set pay spine for Leadership teachers. The School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document require individual schools to determine locally the pay appropriate for their teachers, providing it falls within the statutory minimum and maximum defined with that document.
The statutory minimums and maximums are:
