HAPPY NEW YEAR

The staff of Mountnorris Primary School would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

WELCOME

Mr Frizzell will be taking up his new post on Monday 8th January 2018. We thank all the parents for their continued support, especially in this period of transition. We look forward to exciting new experiences, opportunities and positive change that this appointment will bring to our school and the community and we hope that you will join us in supporting and encouraging Mr Frizzell in his new role.

CHRISTMAS CHURCH SERVICES

Thank you to the parents and children who attended the Carol Services at Tullyallen Presbyterian Church and Loughgilly Parish Church. The choir and recorder group were a credit to the school. It was lovely to see such a large turnout to support the children.

CHRISTMAS PLAYS

Thank you for your support in attending the Christmas Play prior to Christmas. I’m sure that you will agree it was a very entertaining night. Every year the children put on a fantastic performance and it is a wonderful opportunity for them to showcase their talents. If you would like a copy of the Christmas Plays on a DVD please contact the school office or Mrs M Qua. The cost is £5. If you have received your DVD but haven’t yet paid for it please do so as soon as possible.

DEFIBRILLATOR

A sincere word of thanks and appreciation to the Crozier family, who kindly donated a defibrillator to our school. We really value this life-saving gift and are reassured in the fact that we have quick access to it in school providing a greater chance of survival from sudden cardiac arrest.
