The soils on this site are approved when the following is completed in full and signed by the approving authority. Isolation distance requirements, limited area suitable soils, and/or removal or compaction of the topsoil during wet weather may negate construction permit approval or modify the type of system that can be permitted. An approved report must accompany any permit application. This is not a construction permit.
