Every since, when United State drop thefirst nuclear bomb for military use name Little Boy on Hiroshima August 6, 1945 and three days later another nuclear bomb name Fat Man was drop on Nagasaki. This was the World largest death created by a bomb, the Little Boy killed estimated around 140,000 Japan’s civilians and the Fat Man killed estimated around 74,000 Japan’s civilians. After dropping these two large bombs, Japan has surrender and World War Two has ended. With the UnitedState of America having built the first working atomic bomb, the U.S.S.R was not pleased that the UnitedState of America didn’t share their atomic bomb information. So the Soviet Union had spy’s all over the United State of America trying to get information of how to build the an atomic bomb. Joe-1 was the American codename for the first Soviet working nuclear weapons; it was tested on August 29, 1949 at Semipalatinsk, Kazakhstan.

This brings to the Trial of Rosenberg, where Julius the husband of Ethel, born in New York City as a Jewish on May 12, 1918. He was a leader in the Young Communist League, also where he first meet Ethel. Have a degree in electrical engineering from City College of New York, by 1940 Julius have join the Army Signal Corps, worked on radar [1]equipment. Ethel Greenglass was born in September in 1915 New York City and also a Jewish. Because of the labor disputes Ethel has join the Young Communist League.

David Greenglass was a man who was charged for spy for the Soviet Union and leaking the atomic weapon to the Soviet Union. In order to protect his own family, his two sons and his wife Ruth from [2]being an orphan and a single woman taking of two kids, he decide to say in his own testimony that Ethel, his sister had help him in typing the information and sending in it to the Soviet Union. In exchange for a lighter sentence in jail and for a freedom that Ruth can take care of their children. With David Greenglass fake confession he was only sentence for fifteen years in prison and David Greenglass only served for ten years behind bars. By 1996 David even him self clamed that he lie in the court of justice, that Ethel had never been involved in the case, only Julius have been involved in the case.

With a Family being a spy, other family members will be accused of helping or working against the law. With Julius working in the military, been convinced by David Greenglass, he was badly influence by David, with Julius on his side David Greenglass was able to complete the mission for the Soviet Union. Even when is time to flee or face the court, Julius was very kind to his other side of family side. Julius reportedly has give David four thousand dollars for him and his family to flee in to Mexico, but David Greenglass went to Catskills, a place just outside of New York City, and seek legal advice. Would a bad evil man would just try to get his name free from wanted list, rather like Julius being a good brother in-law, getting David some money and try to have a happy life in Mexico.

With a Judge name Irving Kaufman, who was very know to hate communist’s people. It was like how White people against the African American people. “I consider your crime worse than murder. . .I believe your conduct in putting into the hands of the Russians the A-bomb years before our best scientists predicted Russia would perfect the bomb has already caused, in my opinion, the Communist aggression in Korea, with the resultant casualties exceeding 50,000 and who knows but that millions more of innocent people may pay the price of your treason. . . . you are hereby sentenced to the punishment of death, and it is ordered. . . you shall be executed according to law." A normal Judge would spend his or her time looking at the pro and negative side to it, but this Judge he only see the bad part of them being the leading the world to death. This Judges sees that if the Soviet Union does create a nuclear weapon and fire it at any country, he would not be blamed and having the insurance that he has killed the root/supply of information or else he will be blamed lettin[3]g go of a criminal. In the end the Judge was wrong and he had put up a very bad sentence because the Rosenberg was the first to be killed in World War Two for spying. Even though, Julius was proven with aids to the Soviet Union and Ethel was being tag along due to his David providing false information.

In conclusion the Rosenberg was partly of Soviet Union spy team, only Julius was part of this providing information to the Soviet Union and that Ethel was a housewife and was involved because of David his brother, blame on something that she never have done. The Trial was also unfair and many civilians see this was a hashed punishment for the Rosenberg who was sent to the electric chair at the Sing Sing Prison on June 1953.
