c.consistencywithexistinglayoutandsitingofbuildingsandstructures

Thecouncilwillconsidertherelevantassessmentcriteriabelowfortherestricteddiscretionaryactivitieslistedabove.

a.Theintrinsiccharacterandvalueoftheexistingbuilding,anditscontributiontostreetscapecharacter.

b.Whetherdemolitionorremovalisrequiredforhealthorsafetyreasons.

a.Thereductioninyardsshouldnotadverselyaffecttheidentifiedcharacterintheprecinctarea.
