2.Buildingsmustnotexceed9minheightwheretheyarelocatedwithin60moftheMāoriPurposeZone.

3.Allotherbuildingsmustnotexceed15minheight.

4.2Yards

1.YardsforsitesadjoiningtheMāngereGatewayheritagerouteshownonPrecinctPlan1,excludingŌruarangiRoadwillbedeterminedbyaframeworkplan,or5mwherenoframeworkplanislodged.

2.ForsitesadjoiningŌruarangiRoad:

a.frontyard:10m

b.buildingcoveragemustnotexceed40percentfortheareabetween10mand30mofthesitefrontage.

4.3Landscaping
