Terms and Conditions:
The Promoter is Blacks Fasteners Ltd
Disqualified participants are:
(a) All Blacks Fasteners employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agents and their immediate families
(b) Any person or business that does not have their own valid Trade Account open with Blacks Fasteners.
Entry
1. Each $100 spent on any Bostik product will gain one entry into the draw. This $100 will be exclusive of gst. To qualify for entry Bostik product must be bought from a Blacks Fasteners South Island store and part of the ongoing inventory. Bostik products bought in especially for an account customer not part of the ongoing inventory do not qualify for entry.
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the promotion.
3. Blacks Fasteners reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
4. Blacks Fasteners reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Blacks Fasteners decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won on fraudulent grounds.
Winner of the prize:
5 The winner will be determined by the promoter.
6 The winner will be notified by email, phone, or in person. The winner will agree to be involved in any publicity required by Blacks Fasteners.
7 The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
8 Where the winner is required to claim the prize in person, proper identification will be required.
9 The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Blacks Fasteners in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax, or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
