In a word , ads is very important to these advertisers, because good advertising leads to success while bad advertising can mean failure.

Ads is one of the important source of enterprise market information , an enterprise can know more about the competor’s production and condition of development market , price from ads , so that they can make decisions for their company .ads is also the necessary condition of an enterprise to build famous brand . In nowadays , a product without ads can not become famous brand . In addition, ads have many other positive effects , it can speed up the product updates , add more assortment and strength competitive spirit. Modern ads will let the enterprises experience the pressure of external market more timely and deeper . As an important factor, to expend merchandise sales, ads benefit consumers to know products, and set up the enterprises’ image and brand and reputation. In modern society, ads become more and more important to consumers, it’s a communication means to promote communication between consumers and manufactures, bacause it can catch people’s eyes by using exaggerated and humorous forms to motivate desire of consumers.

As we can see ads are not only can motivate demands of people but also can guide consumption bahavior and change people’s consumption ideas, in other words, consumers will have more opportunities to get to know more about things they are interested in. With the development of economy , the development of ads industry is also an important symbol to measure economic development level of a country and a area. There is another kind of form of ads which called public service advertising, such as “save water, starting from the intravenous drip”and “to protect animals is to protect our similar. These kinds of ads can purify people’s hearts and also can restrain ourselves’and others’ bad behaviors to form good social atmospheer, in short, ads can bring us many positive effects.

However, there is still lots of people who complain that many of the words in ads are rather misleading, some manufactures spend too much money on advertising their products without trying to promote the quality of their goods. Many ads do spoil our daily life and waste our time, they interrupt the TV programs and ruin our appreciation of nature in place of interests, people often feel burdened with them.Some credulous customers will regret having bought something of no use or of poor quality, only due to the tempting pictures and words. It is a waste of money. As a result, more and more people begin to lose their trust. The original effect of advertisements dies away. On the other hand, some of the ads are illegal, spreading false information and planning to treat people who are eager to solve their problems. The composition of false advertising will mislead consumer, such as the “incidient of poisonous milk”and so on, these insident not only will reduce customers’ loyalty, reduce the potential customers, lower sales but also the manuctures will suffer law, even lead to business failure, other negative effects that ads cause like distort the consumers’purchasing psychology, cause excessive consumption and adolescent’peer pressure.

To sum up, every coin has two side, at the same time, ads bring us both positive and negative effects. In my opinion,for the government, certain policies and measures should be taken,For the audience, they should strengthen the discrimination ability of the false goods, and would not be cheated by the fake television advertising as the cheap price and convenience.advertising is indispensable for us, we should make proper use of it and avoid the bad effects.
