The Place to…become

“There are very few people who realize what God would make of them if they abandoned themselves into His hands, and let themselves be formed by His grace.”

--St. Ignatius

Everyone wants to make a difference in the world. Everyone wants to be and become a person of character, values, integrity.

Lots of voices are out there complaining about what is wrong with the world. TrinityLutheranChurch exists as “a light to the nations.” We are (and are becoming) peacemakers, workers for good, advocates for the lost, the least, the last, and the lonely.

Trinity members and friends give ten of thousands of dollars and thousands of volunteer hours annually, serving in our schools and senior centers, volunteering at local helping agencies, and making a difference through church sponsored ministries to young and old.

TrinityLutheranChurch partners with local and global agencies such as:

  • Plateau Outreach Ministries
  • Lutheran World Relief
  • Corner of Love Mission (Nicaragua)

The Place for…you

On behalf of the people of TrinityLutheranChurch, I hope you’ll consider becoming a member of our congregation. We offer a 4 week new member class and orientation every spring and fall:

Wednesday nights, September 12, 19, 26, and October 3, 2007. 7:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday nights, April 24, May 1, 8, 15, 2008. 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

And for a more complete introduction to (or reminder of) the Christian life, Trinity will offer The Alpha Course: A 10-week Practical Introduction to the Christian Faith, beginning on Thursday evening in January 2008.

To get you started on the journey to membership, simply make Trinity a part of your regular Sunday morning routine. You can get onto our mailing list either by calling the church office or by filling out the Welcome Card in worship. Meanwhile, feel free to “dive into” any events, activities, or groups at Trinity that appeal to you or your family.

TrinityLutheranChurch Welcomes You!

Trinity isThe place to be…

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land…I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever.” (2 Chronicles 7)

God’s promise makes TrinityLutheranChurch “the place to be…”

  • The Place to Belong
  • The Place to Be Lutheran
  • The Place to Become
  • The Place for YOU!

Trinity is a member congregation of the EvangelicalLutheranChurch in America (ELCA) and has been a part of the Enumclaw landscape since 1904. Visit to learn more about us!

The place to…belong

Christians in community give and receive what God provides through no other means than through a handful of folks who intimately know Him and each other or who at least are in passionate pursuit of that goal.

Larry Crabb

In our fast-paced, bowling-alone, “gotta have it yesterday” world, Trinity Lutheran Church offers a radical alternative: Christian community of deep friendships, meaningful small groups, good clean fun, resources for families, life-giving values, opportunities to serve, and ways to find rest and balance. Trinity offers:

  • High School, Middle School, and Elementary Youth Groups
  • Sunday School for all ages (Sept-May)
  • Trinity Lutheran Preschool (serving Enumclaw since 1978!)
  • Senior Adult Fellowship and Caregiving
  • Women’s and Men’s Small Group Bible Studies and Peer Groups
  • Courses for exploring the Christian faith and Lutheran theology

the place to be…lutheran

We are justified by grace through faith…apart from works of the Law. (Romans 3)

Martin Luther, 500 years ago, opened the Bible and rediscovered the God of grace and mercy: the God of life, not religion.

Trinity embraces our “Lutheran-ness,” from our biblical theology to our Scandinavian roots.

Sunday’s sermons are biblically based, informed by our Lutheran teachings, and applicable to the challenges of daily life—relationships, work, family, and inner struggles with sin and doubts.

On Sunday mornings worshipers can experience:

  • Traditional worship at 8:00am that features, liturgical worship and well-known hymns.
  • A 10:30am worship that blends the best of our tradition with the best of today’s music and media.
  • A warm, inviting, family-friendly atmosphere in worship.
  • Excellent childcare for busy toddlers, and “Children’s Church” during the sermon for young learners.
