Those willing to participate on one or more of the above should leave a note for the board either with the doorman or in the office.

SEAWALL AND PROMENADE RESTORATION

We are pleased to report that the seawall and promenade

restoration project has been completed. Having taken every effort to do it “right,” it is our expectation that these repairs will last for many years to come. Our sincere thanks to those shareholders who served on the infrastructure committee and provided oversight for this important project.

FOUNTAIN COMMITTEE STATUS REPORT

TheFountain Committee has been very busy. They have selected three fountains, which will be presented to all shareholders for a vote. Our circle, in which the fountain will be placed, needs some repair, which will be addressed by the Infrastructure Committee. A few details must be ironed out before we present thechoice of fountains to the shareholders. Make certain that you vote. Do not let others make the choice for you.

LET’S BE CONSIDERATE

We are appreciative of those shareholders who smoke who make every effort to do so on their terraces and not in their apartments. This precludes cigarette/cigar smoke from seeping into adjacent units.

We remind all those who do smoke on their terraces to

dispose of cigarette butts and cigars in appropriate receptacles. Some shareholders have reported flying cigarette/cigar butts raining from above.

AND FROM THE POOL

Please be reminded, and remind any and all guests

that the lifeguards at the pool are in charge! They have

a set of rules and regulations, the bulk of which have to do

with safety which they are bound to enforce.

1. Those choosing to listen to music on the pool deck are required to use earphones at all times so as not to disturb others. Radios or other such devices being used in the picnic area outside of the pool are to be played at a volume so as not to disturb others in the immediate vicinity.

EXPECTING GUESTS WHEN YOU’RE NOT HOME?

Shareholders expecting guests to arrive when they are not at home MAY NOT leave their apartment keys with doormen. The doormen and Cryder House Inc. cannot assume liability for the security of keys and possible issues arising from their being misplaced, lost, etc.

Barring dire emergencies, shareholders who are absent from their apartments, and wanting guests to have access should:

a. provide security and door personnel with a letter

indicating the name(s) of such guests and asking

that they be admitted to the building.

b. provide such guests with the name of a neighbor

with whom the keys have been left. The doorman

will advise the neighbor upon the arrival of the

guest(s).

AND IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT SELLING

The board of directors will not approve any contract

of sale for a unit at The Cryder House that contains givebacks or concessions of any kind.
