The new MCS: Flexibility in a new dimension
The Mungo Befestigungstechnik AG has introduced a new and innovative generation of concrete screws.Due to ETA approvals for cracked concrete and multiple fixing for setting depths beneath 40mm the screw can be used in a variety of applications in a diverse range of industries such as steel and metal, façade, sanitary and electrical installations/heating, civil engineering etc. The newly authorized adjustability as well as the three different setting depths for each screw dimension allows a flexible and fast assembly also for uneven surfaces and tight edge and spacing distances.The screw resists at the highest load effects, which results in a massive reduction of the necessary fixing points. Quick and easy setting allows to save time and energy at a single stage of work which enables a more efficient and cost saving installation.
Stainless version for exterior applications
Specifically for the purpose of exterior applications, a screw made from completely stainless material (A4) has been added to the product range. This innovation as well as the variety of head geometrics provides the widest range of applications, such as assembly of railings, facades, consoles, steel profiles, cranes, machineries and much more. Thanks to the ETA approval option 1 which allows the screws to be suited for overhead installation and to fullfil fire protection requirements, which greatly increases their possible application areas.
