  1. Late Night Game NightALL (2 min)

We had a very good turnout at this event, which was probably helped by the chocolate fondue that was there. We had people playing all the board games and it was good. They ran out of fruit, though, which we wish there was more.

  1. New Business
  2. Sock Assassination Sign UpT(2 min)

Sock Assassination Sign Ups will be in the lodge this week for dinner. If anyone wants to help us get people to sign up, we would love the help. Anytime during dinner is good to come hang out and help.

  1. Miss UCCST(2 min)

We have finally figured out that OSA is running the event, and we are co-sponsoring the event. We will be paying for advertising and prizes, while OSA will be doing everything else. This program is basically the same as Mr. UCCS, just with a small twist for the ladies competing. It will be on April 8th in the UC Atrium from 7 – 8:30 PM.

  1. Pie Your RAE (2 min)

This was “Pie Your Something” but Public Safety could not be involved in the program, so it is Pie Your RA now. There is a list going out within all the RA’s that will have sign up times and it is going to be outside the lodge on April 1st (hopefully). We already have the whip cream and the tarps are clean, so we just hope we have good weather, or we will have to move it inside.

  1. Water BottlesE (2 min)

These are the picture mugs we have been talking about with interchangeable hot and cold lids. All the paperwork is in the ROAR office right now for approval and after that we can start sending out letters to residents. We are not doing parents because we don’t have enough money for postage.

  1. NACURHE (2 min)

We will be doing LOTS of fundraising for this since it is in San Diego and it will be a little pricey. If anyone has ANY ideas for fundraising, please tell us so we can figure out if they are possible to raise as much money as possible for us to take as large a group as possible. Applications are still available. You can get them from Emily by emailing or calling her and they are due on April 7th, so you still have plenty of times to think about it.

  1. CommitteesT (2 min)

Advocacy was last week and no one showed up again, but I did have one thing to contact parking about and it is being looked into. It was about taking away parking passes from students that move off campus at semester. Other than that, there is Programming and Fundraising, which will be in the lodge tomorrow night since we will be there for Sock Assassination Sign Ups anyway. We are going to work on fliers for Pie Your RA and Shanna already put up new fliers for RHA Campaign during her office hours this week.

  1. Announcements
  2. RaffeM (2 min)

Since only two people showed up for our meeting and the person Michelle told Emily to give it to was not there, Raffe is waiting a week. On top of that, Phil votes.

  1. EAT WITH US!!!!T (2 min)

As always, have some food at the lodge with us.

  1. Other Announcements

If anyone is interest in being on an RHA sponsored softball team, then we are going to sponsor one and please let us know if you want to or not.

Also, just as a reminder, if anyone has anything that they don’t like about the programs we do or how things happen, then let us know and we are completely open to change it up.
