1Different levels for positions
These middle management roles are in 3 tiers to reflect status and remuneration with category A being the most important- The roles will begin in August 2013 and the job descriptions will be finalised by May. All roles have a whole school focus. This is a draft structure and some of the details will be reviewed before the start of next year.

The role also includes:
- Each of the middle management roles would include a workshop given to parents/and or staff;
- Proactive communication to all stakeholders.
2Leadership structure
The leadership structure could be as follows which implies accountability and collaboration within curriculum and administration systems of the school. This also includes the SEN/LS coordinator which is a contracted fixed position.

- Leadership and organisation of the PYP including professional development planning, documentation and staff support.
MYP coordinator /
- Leadership and organisation of the MYP including professional development planning, documentation and staff support.
Student council /
- Organisation and coordination of the student council and the various associated events throughout the year.
Careers /
- Guidance and planning for careers at upper MYP level including links with local firms and businesses.
Pastoral care/PSPE /
- Support for student issues and education for health and personal welfare (PSPE issues).
Maths /
- Planning and development of the maths curriculum throughout the school including the establishment of key skills and improvement of resources.
Science and Technology /
- Planning and development of science/technology throughout the school including the establishment of key skills and improvement of resources including IT and web support.
Language /
- Planning and development of the language curriculum throughout the school including the establishment of key skills and improvement of resources.
Activities /
- Establishment and organisation of events throughout the school and with neighbouring schools in the region.
Outreach /
- Leading the marketing and promotion of the school in the local area including barnehager.
Personal project /
- Planning and organisation for the MYP Grade 10 personal project and the associated event.
Exhibition /
- Planning and organisation for the PYP Grade 6 exhibition and event.
