Student and parent must digitally sign the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
To submit by hardcopy, print the application below and complete. The application must be completed by the student and signed by the parent(s). All parts of the application must be completed and submitted at the same time.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.

The completed application must be received no later than March 25, 2018. The applications will be given to individuals from outside of Holy Redeemer to read and grade. In the event of tied wining scores, personal interviews may be required. Winners will be announced by the end of May, 2018.
