Prayer
Sick:
Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed.

Amen

Deceased:

O God, Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful, grant to the souls of your servants departed full remission of all their sins, that, through the help of devout supplications, they may obtain the pardon of which they have always been desirous. Who lives and reigns, world with out end. Amen.

23rd Psalm:

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He guideth me in straight paths for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Amen
Addictions:

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;

The courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the

difference. Amen.

Strength:
Dear God, Help me to be strong at this time in my life when everything around me seems more than I can bear. If it is your will God, ease this burden from me. Help me to trust in your judgment of the things I cannot understand. I ask these things through Christ our Lord. Amen

Crisis:
Oh lord do not forsake us, be not far from us Oh My God, come quickly to help us, Oh Lord our Savior. Amen

Blessings:

The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Amen

Salvation

Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that you are the way, the truth, and the life. I confess that I am a sinner and have gone my own way. Please forgive me for all my transgressions. I ask you to come into my life and take control. I receive you now as my Lord and Savior. Please fill me with your Holy Spirit. Help me to follow you and to serve you

all my life. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Amen

The Lords Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory, now and forever, Amen

Transformation:

The Transformation of Jesus in a person’s life leads to an act of changing and converting ones heart of sinfulness to a heart of redemption. Transformation instills a spirit of surrender of our will over to the will of God.

Although in the flesh we are still sinners, conversion brings us over from one belief system to another.

Our sinfulness is our transgression, an offense against God.

Through redemption we are redeemed and saved, set free from our captivity of sin.

By saving us He has rescued us and delivered us from sin for our salvation.

Through His forgiveness He relieves us and pardons us of our sins, and we now serve Him in a new relationship.

Through resurrection He raises us back to life after death, and liberates us to Him for eternal life.
