THE LAND TITLES (STRATA) ACT

(CHAPTER 158)

(SECTION 125)

To: / ALL THE REGISTERED PROPRIETORS OF THE FLAT UNITS COMPRISED IN THE BUILDING(S) ERECTED ON LOT ______MK/ TS ______AT ______, SINGAPORE, KNOWN AS ______

NOS:

Pursuant to section 125 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, an Application No. ______dated ______has been made by not less than twenty-five per cent (25%) of all the registered proprietors of the abovementioned flat units for:

(a) / the registration of the Transfer No. ______dated ______made by ______, the registered proprietor of the land Lot ______MK/ TS ______comprised in Certificate of Title Vol. ______Fol. ______, of its registered estate or interest therein in favour of all the registered proprietors of the ______flat units comprised in the building(s) erected on the said land as shown in the records of the Singapore Land Registry as tenants in common in the shares as specified so that the registered proprietor of each of the units becomes entitled to ______share in the said land; and
(b) / the issue of Subsidiary Strata Certificates of Title for the flat units in favour of all the registered proprietors of the flat units in accordance with the Strata Title Plan lodged at the Singapore Land Registry.

Notice is hereby given that the aforesaid Subsidiary Strata Certificates of Title will be issued after six (6) weeks from the date hereof unless valid objection is lodged in writing at the Singapore Land Authority, 55 Newton Road, #12-01, Revenue House, Singapore, before the expiration of the said period of six (6) weeks.

Any person who has purchased or otherwise acquired any unit in the above building(s) and has not yet registered any assignment in his favour will not be issued with the Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title of the flat unit unless an acceptable Deed of Assignment has been lodged for registration at the Singapore Land Registry within the said period of six (6) weeks of the date of this notice.
