-No entries will be accepted without proof of payment WITH the entry/ies.
-Please send 2 separate entry forms clearly marked under show date the entry form is for
-Kindly also ensure that updated entry forms are used.
-Exhibit numbers will not be mailed.
-No electronic entries (ONLY hard copies) will be accepted on the day. / FEES :
-R100 per dog per class
-R60 Baby Puppy and Neutered Dog
-Child/Junior Handlers FREE if dog is entered in a breed class. If not R60 is payable.
-Catalogues – R100 Full Catalogue ONLY. To be paid for with entries.
No catalogues will be sold on the day of the Show.
R50 Marked Group Catalogue will be emailed after the show
No late entries/payments will be accepted i.e. baby puppies with no registration numbers nor dogs without clearance certificates will be accepted.

All exhibitors/handlers are responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may arise in respect of any injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs.All dogs must be kept on leads at ALL times.
Bitches in season are allowed but due consideration by handlers to consider other dogs in the ring and surrounds.
Dogs will be judge in alphabetical order as listed in Appendix A of Schedule 2 of the KUSA Constitution in respect of group judging order UNLESS indicated in the above list. Please note that the above list of judging order will be strictly adhered to.
