VETERAN STUDY

The IWHG is currently looking into longevity in Irish Wolfhounds. We would like to know about your ‘Golden Oldies’ – past and present - not just information about their health, but about their lifestyle as well. So, if you have (or have had) a Wolfhound live to over 7 years of age, we would be pleased if you could take some time to complete the attached questionnaire(s).

As most of you will know, the IWHG currently subsidises Heart Testing for super veterans (over 8 years of age) and these hounds are helping in valuable research into Wolfhound health in general. If you would like your hound to take part in this, please contact the IWHG.

Please complete separate forms for each additional Veteran Wolfhound. By completing this form, you agree to the IWHG using the data you supply to provide reports on the health status of UK Veteran Irish Wolfhounds. Your personal details and those of your hound(s) will not be shared publicly and will only be used, in confidence, by the IWHG.
