In addition to the employer’s contribution for these benefits, the County provides optional benefits credits of $6,000 per year that can used to offset the employee cost (or can be taken as cash).
  • Vacation starting at 10 days/year, increasing to 15 days after 4 years with the County.
  • Management Leave – 80 hours per year
  • Holidays – 11 scheduled holidays and 2 floating holidays per year
  • Deferred Compensation program with a matching County contribution of $400/year
