Rest in Peace. We offer our prayers for and sympathies to the family and friends of Gerard Summersgill who died recently. Gerard’s Funeral Mass will take place on Monday 9 October at 11.00 am. Many of you will know Gerard. He was a Eucharistic Minister, helped with our singing and had been a Reader at SA. May he rest in peace.
Belated Anniversary Wishes. Last Tuesday 26 September Teresa & Roy Nussey celebrated their 64th Wedding Anniversary. We wish them belated anniversary wishes.
Cafod Harvest Fast. This Friday 6 October is Cafod Harvest Fast Day so next weekend 7/8 October we will have a collection at both SA and SM for Cafod Harvest Fast.
Jumble Sale. The next Jumble Sale at SM will be on the 17 October at 10.00 am in the Parish Hall.
Concert. We are having a Parish Concert at SA on Saturday 21 October in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. See notice in SA and SM churches for more details.
