· Turn down/off cell phones before service begins
· Dispose of all beverages before service begins
· Use restrooms before service begins
· Refrain from opening noisy wrappers during service

WHAT’S HAPPENING

B.A.C.M. DONATIONS: This month we are collecting “Canned Fruit”. All donations can be placed on the table at the back of the sanctuary. Thank you for your continued support of this needy ministry!
MEN’S PRAYER: Meets the 1st and 3rd Saturday morning of each month. Our next meeting is Saturday August 15th at 7:30am. Gentlemen, mark your calendars and plan to join us.
WOMEN’S PRAYER: Meets every Thursday at 10am here at the church. We look forward to seeing you there!
HOPE 4 KIDZ INTERNATIONAL: Missionaries Keith and Chona Sharp will join us on Sunday, August 16th to share the vision the Lord has given them for children in need. Invitations with directions are available at the back table for you to invite your family, friends, and neighbors!
LADIES LUNCHEON: All ladies are invited to join us on Saturday, August 22nd from 11am-1pm here at Calvary for a lovely “free” luncheon. Signups and invitations are at the back table. Any questions can be directed to Linda Calta or Alice Morrill.

Many times we struggle with the reality that our Father knows what is best. We assume our way is right. But, as we rest in Him, His purposes always prove to be for our good and His praise. That’s easy to see when the outcome is better than we hoped, but difficult when we can’t see the good right now or maybe won’t till heaven.

Children’s Summer Safety Reminder
We love your children! In order to keep them safe, we ask for parents to please follow the below safety guidelines for your children:
· Please do not allow children to work the Distillata cooler.
· Please keep children out of the parking lot after service.
· Please be sure children are accompanied by a responsible adult when playing outside. This includes the basketball area.

Calvary Chapel has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of doctrinal difference that have lead to the division of the body of Christ. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His love, which is greater than any difference we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.
WE BELIEVE worship of God should be Spiritual. Therefore we remain flexible and yielded to the Holy Spirit to direct our worship.
WE BELIEVE worship of God should be Inspirational. Therefore we give great place to music in our worship.
WE BELIEVE worship of God should be Intelligent. Therefore our services are designed with great emphasis upon teaching the Word of God that He might instruct us how He should be worshipped.
WE BELIEVE worship of God is Fruitful. Therefore we look for His love in our lives as the supreme manifestation that we have truly been worshipping Him.
