Hello Mike,

As described over the phone, Applied Electronics is working on a new project at University Of Montreal.

We were thinking of specking in your Renkus-Heinz line array steerable speakers if their budget allows.

Here is the space

Here is first scenario where the presenter is on main stairway

Here is the scenario 2, where the presentations are from the adjacent long hallway style orientation.

They are talking about 12 speakers at the moment, but we can scope out what is necessary to meet both scenarios/orientations.

We will need to plan for the proper DSP and amplification required. Control of the two scenarios as well.

The immediate urgency is to estimate a budgetary number for their project and scope out the equipment.

As mentioned, this project will be most likely in December?

Are you interested and are you able to recommend a preliminary solution.

Can we plan a site demo at some point?

Can you price protect Applied Electronics on this one as this will go out to box sale bid tender for the equipment portion. L we will need a good advantage over our competitors.
