The Future-You Project
You will send communications INTO THE FUTURE in two ways. First, you will fill out the questionnaire below, and then you will write a letter to future-you. Both will be saved and given to future-you… the you who will exist nine months from now in May of 2016, just as you are about to complete your 7th grade year. You will seal both in a self-addressed envelope, so the contents of the envelope will remain confidential until you re-open it.

A Letter to the Future
Write a letter to your future self on a separate sheet of paper. Use the following suggestions to help guide you in writing your letter to yourself:
· You current thoughts and feelings about life, religion, politics, society, etc.
· Your feelings for your family
· Where you are in your life and where you want to be. This could apply to where you want to be physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and any other “lly” ending word.
· Your current likes and dislikes
· Your goals
· Your dreams
· The type of person you want yourself to become
· Advice for yourself as you finish 7th grade and move on to 8th!
