Payments
The full cost of Jigsaw International Camp 2018 is as follows:

Trefoil Full Week (Camping) / £180.00 / For those attending for the full week and camping on site, includes all meals.
Trefoil One Day (Camping) / £26.00 / For those attending for any one (or more) specified full day and camping on site, includes all meals.
Trefoil Day Visitor / £5.00 / For those wishing to attend any one day of the Jigsaw Camp as a Day Visitor - does not include any meals. You will be asked to specify which day following booking.
A deposit is to be paid at the time of booking for Trefoil Full Week (No Camping) and Trefoil Full Week (Camping) tickets as follows:
Book between / Deposit per person1 August - 31 December / £50
1 January – 28 March / £100*
*or total amount of ticket, if less.
This deposit is non-refundable.
Any applications made by e-mail will be considered provisional until the deposit is received.
A confirmation of booking will be issued by Girlguiding North East England within five working days of receipt of your deposit payment.
The payment schedule for the balance of the event fee is two further instalments as follows:

Payments should be made on or before the due date. Anyone having difficulties meeting the payment plan is advised to speak to the Region Manager or Events Administrator as soon as possible.
Bank Charges
If a cheque is re-presented due to insufficient funds the booker will be invoiced for any bank charges incurred by Girlguiding North East England.
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation must be made via e-mail or in writing to the Girlguiding North East England office.
Deposits are non-refundable.
No refund will be made for bookings cancelled after 28 March 2018 unless it is possible to fill the place. You will be required to pay the full cost of the event if cancelling after this date.
You may wish to take out your own cancellation insurance.
Cancellation by Girlguiding North East England
Girlguiding North East England reserves the right to modify or cancel Jigsaw International Camp 2018 if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of cancellation, a full refund of the event fee paid to Girlguiding North East England will be made to participants.
